Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.


Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer a tracked shipping service with the following estimated transit times:

  • United States: 6-12 Business Days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 6-12 Business Days
  • Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 7-14 Business Days

Please note: All shipping times stated above are estimates.


How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the time frames stated above, after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@luxmend.com with your name and order ID number, and we will happily look into it for you.


Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all products. Customers can return used or unused products within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost and arrangement of shipping the product back to us. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@luxmend.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution.
